Our Story
DealNexa was started by people who worked deals and watched generic software fall short. The hard work, reading documents, pulling financials, tracking what changes, is similar across every deal. But the way each buyer works is not. A private equity associate, a venture partner, and a corporate development director look at the same deal from different seats, with different deadlines and different bosses. We believed private markets deserved software built around each seat. That is what we build today.
